Button down blouses come in all colors and styles, but I especially love this one because of the feminine details.  The ruffles and neck tie embellishments give it that on-trend feel without looking over the top.  The blue plaid is also a great color for fall and makes this blouse a perfect piece as we transition into fall.  I styled it with black ripped skinnies and pointy toe flats to add a modern edge to this look.
