Sweater Weather

Guess who’s back?

Hi everyone! I know I’ve been gone for quite a while and the reason for my absence is that I have had a lot of school work and have been working on my college and scholarship applications. I also have been thinking a lot about my blog and a couple changes that might be coming to it including a new page where you can “shop my closet” and a new posting schedule; you can follow me on instagram and/or facebook to find out when there’s a new post. Anyway, about this look:

It has been super cold and rainy here in San Luis Obispo lately which makes for the perfect sweater weather. When I saw this sweater at Nordstrom I really liked that it was oversized and how it draws your attention to all of the other details such as the fringe, the turtle neck, and the different lengths between the front and the back. Because it has been so cold, this weather also calls for warm accessories like this cute pom pom beanie and since I don’t wear hats (or the color pink) very often, I was surprised by how much I liked it. I ordered the beanie online and was expecting it to be a much brighter pink, so when it finally came I was pleasantly surprised and loved that it was a muted pink. To finish the look, I just paired it with a pair of new sunnies and a studded crossbody.

Stay tuned for more sweater posts!
